Benjamin A. Sampson advocates for individuals and businesses in a variety of practice areas, including: personal injury, government entity defense, employment, premises liability, and business litigation.  Mr. Sampson is experienced in all stages of civil litigation, from pre-litigation strategy, dispositive and discovery law-and-motion work, to trial preparation.  Prior to joining Bordin Semmer LLP, Mr. Sampson gained extensive experience at a large civil defense firm where he specialized in healthcare. 

Mr. Sampson was born in Beaumont, Texas.  He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Arizona.  Mr. Sampson obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School and is licensed to practice law in the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.  During law school, Mr. Sampson received numerous accolades for his oral advocacy as a participant in the Moot Court Honors Program and received the Dean’s Merit Award for Academic Excellence.

During his free time, Mr. Sampson enjoys hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and exploring Los Angeles.
